Gil-Mar & Associates, Inc. was founded as Tejas Machine in 1996 and incorporated in 2000.  We contribute our growth and success to the great relationships we have built with our customers and vendors.  We would like to acknowledge every current and past employee that has built this company to what it is today.  We work hard to meet or exceed customer expectations.  Our team takes pride and ownership in the quality of the work produced.  With over 25 years of experience working with customers in the development and production of precision mechanical components.  We work closely with customers and are able to provide turnkey solutions and in some cases work with customers to maintain equipment that need obsolete components to continue to operate and modifications for current customer needs.  To this day we continue to partner with customers on new development of products.
